Our Services

A holistic approach to the wellbeing of your pet!

At Central West Rehab Vet, we employ a holistic approach to the wellbeing of your pet. Our services range from therapeutic massage to laser and electro-acupuncture. We also provide specialist wheelchair, harness, orthotics and brace fittings.

We not only customise treatments for the specific needs of the client, but we also provide therapeutic exercise programs to assist with rehabilitation and injury prevention along with conditioning programs for sport or working dogs to improve performance.

We aim to continually advance the services we can offer. We have added Reiki to assist with healing, pain and stress in pets. Animal hydrotherapy has also been added to our treatment line-up with the inclusion of an underwater treadmill to assist with a range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Success Stories

pippa dog rehabilitation
'Pippa'

"Pippa, my nearly 13 year old Border Collie x, was very hard on her body in her younger years and when I started to notice changes in her movement a few years ago she started seeing Genevieve. Pippa loves her laser and massage sessions and also enjoys her physio exercises at home. Genevieve helped make Pip much stronger and more comfortable during her rehab treatment and now helps keep her comfortable on a maintenance basis. I have learnt how to help Pippa maintain her strength and fitness into her senior years and I am so grateful to have someone with Genevieve’s knowledge, experience and care to look after my dogs in the Central West.

Anyone who has had an injury or surgery should know that physiotherapy is an integral part of any good treatment plan. This is so often overlooked with our pets. Vets, myself included, often have very little knowledge in this area making it so important to seek referral so our pets can have the best chance of a full recovery. We are so fortunate to have these treatments available to us locally from someone as qualified as Genevieve."

agility dog conditioning
'Stormy'

"My dogs and I absolutely love Dr Genevieve! I started going to her for rehab after my agility dog Stormy needed shoulder surgery. I was able to get back to competition within 6 months with the wonderful laser, massage and rehab plan Genevieve gave us!

I now bring all my dogs to see her regularly. My two agility dogs to make sure their bodies are fit and ready for the sport we do and my 2 older dogs to help keep their bodies strong and fit as they age.

I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to help keep their dogs fit and healthy or recover from injury or surgery."
